Individuals under 18 may use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using MyEventsNow, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you satisfy these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

Some platform features require an account. You agree to:

• Keep your account information updated

• Protect your password and login credentials

• Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account

• Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access

5. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers must ensure that their events and listings are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

Organizers are responsible for:

• Event planning, management, and delivery

• Maintaining necessary licenses, permits, and insurance

• Providing accurate schedules, prices, venue details, and restrictions

• Clearly communicating refund and cancellation policies

• Responding to customer enquiries

• Providing appropriate accessibility and safety information

• Managing attendee check-in and admission

• Handling event changes, postponements, and cancellations

• Complying with applicable consumer, tax, privacy, and advertising laws

Organizers must promptly update listings when event information changes.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business and service information

• Maintaining required licenses, permits, and insurance

• Delivering services professionally and as described

• Complying with agreements made with customers or organizers

• Handling applicable taxes, invoices, cancellations, and refunds

• Protecting personal information received through the platform

• Complying with applicable laws and industry requirements

MyEventsNow does not guarantee the quality, availability, or suitability of services provided by independent vendors.

7. Event Listings

Event listings may include descriptions, images, schedules, prices, venue information, and organizer policies.

MyEventsNow may review, reject, edit, suspend, or remove listings that:

• Contain inaccurate or misleading information

• Violate these Terms

• Infringe intellectual-property rights

• Promote unlawful, harmful, or prohibited activity

• Create safety or security risks

• Damage the platform or its users

Reviewing a listing does not mean that MyEventsNow endorses, guarantees, or accepts responsibility for the event.

8. Bookings and Tickets

A booking is confirmed only when the customer receives a valid confirmation from MyEventsNow or the applicable organizer.

Tickets and registrations:

• May be subject to availability

• May have age, identification, or entry requirements

• May not be transferable unless permitted

• Must not be copied, altered, resold unlawfully, or misused

• May become invalid if obtained through fraud or unauthorized payment activity

Customers are responsible for checking all booking details immediately after purchase.

9. Prices, Fees, and Taxes

Event prices are set by organizers unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may include:

• Booking or service fees

• Payment-processing fees

• Applicable taxes

• Delivery or facility fees

• Optional event-related charges

All applicable charges should be displayed before checkout.

Organizers and vendors are responsible for determining and paying taxes related to their income, sales, or services unless MyEventsNow is legally required to collect or remit them.

10. Payments

Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable provider to process the transaction.

MyEventsNow is not responsible for interruptions, delays, declined transactions, or security issues caused solely by a third-party payment provider.

We may delay or cancel transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.

11. Refunds, Cancellations, and Postponements

Refund eligibility is generally determined by the refund policy displayed on the event listing and applicable law.

Before purchasing, customers should review:

MyEventsNow may assist with communications or refund processing but does not guarantee refunds owed by independent organizers.

12. Organizer Payouts

Organizer payouts may be subject to:

• Successful payment collection

• Identity or business verification

• Applicable fees and deductions

• Refunds and chargebacks

• Fraud or risk reviews

• Payment-provider processing periods

• Reserve or withholding requirements

• Applicable laws

We may temporarily withhold payouts where necessary to investigate disputes, fraud, excessive chargebacks, policy violations, or legal requirements.

13. User Content

Users may submit event listings, images, reviews, messages, comments, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant MyEventsNow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and promote that content for operating and marketing the platform.

You confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use the content

• The content is accurate and lawful

• The content does not violate anyone’s rights

• Required permissions and releases have been obtained

• The content does not contain malware or harmful code

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms.

14. Reviews and Feedback

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain:

• False or misleading statements

• Harassment, threats, or discriminatory content

• Confidential or private information

• Advertising or spam

• Content posted in exchange for undisclosed compensation

We may remove reviews that violate these standards, but we do not guarantee that every review will be verified.
